Hi, and thank you for your interest in Dark Wings Wildlife. My name is Marina Somma and I am the founder and creator of Dark Wings — a 501(c)3 non profit animal education program.

With a background in the zoological and animal training field, I was always inspired by one of the core things that visitors seemed to take away from up close interactions with animals — their individual quirks and personalities. I started Dark Wings Wildlife with the goal of sharing those personalities with the world to help foster a deeper connection with wildlife, and thus a greater drive to conserve the world we all share.

We focus primarily on virutal outreach and education. By sharing our animals via social media, we've reached and connected with viewers across the globe — and only hope to continue expanding that reach further.
